Can I choose my buddy?
Yes. Pick your date and time, then choose from the verified Buddies who guide this experience. Your request goes straight to them and they accept it themselves. If nobody is picked, or the one you asked for cannot make it, our team matches you with a verified local for the same date and time.

When do I pay?
After your Buddy accepts. Nothing is charged while your request is with them, and the booking is only confirmed once you confirm it.

Can children join?
Tell us ages in Additional Requests and we'll match a family-friendly Buddy.

Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time.
