Cancel any time up to 24 hours before your start time, free of charge. No questions, no fees. Nothing is charged when you book: you pay your Buddy in cash at the start of your session, so cancelling in time costs you nothing.

- More than 24 hours before start: cancel at no cost. Nothing was charged when you booked.
- Less than 24 hours before start: please still cancel so your Buddy is not left waiting. They have reserved the time for you, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.
- If we cancel: a confirmed trip we cannot fulfil costs you nothing, whatever the timing.

How do I cancel a booking?
Open the booking from your trips dashboard and choose Cancel. Nothing was charged when you booked, so there is no refund to process and nothing to reclaim.
What if I cancel less than 24 hours before?
Please still cancel, so your Buddy is not left waiting. Late cancellations and no-shows affect whether we can take your future bookings, because your Buddy has already committed the time. If something urgent comes up, contact support and we will do our best to help.
When is my money charged and released?
Never by us. You pay your Buddy directly in cash at the start of your session, so BuddyEase does not take your card details or hold your money at any point.
What if my Buddy or BuddyEase cancels?
If we cannot fulfil your confirmed trip for any reason, you owe nothing. If you had already paid your Buddy in cash, contact support and we will arrange your money back.
